Caribbean Origin — International Standard

Premium Tropical Sparkling Alcohol

The Manifesto

IO was created on an island where the light is better, the fruit is real and the night never asks permission.

We took that feeling, put it under studio lights, and refused to compromise on a single detail — the water, the carbonation, the weight of the can in your hand.

The result is a sparkling alcohol that belongs on a rooftop in Miami, a beach in Jacmel and a members’ bar in Paris. The same can. No translation required.

The Craft

Obsessive about four things.

  • 01

    The Water

Triple-filtered and remineralised to a fixed profile, so a can poured in Port-au-Prince tastes identical to one poured in Lisbon.

  • 02

    The Fruit

Cold-pressed tropical fruit, never a synthetic top note. If we cannot source it properly, we do not launch the flavour.

  • 03

    The Bubble

A fine, persistent bead tuned over nine months. Sharp on the first sip, still alive on the last.

  • 04

    The Can

Heavier gauge aluminium, soft-touch matte, and a cold-activated finish that tells you the moment it is ready.

The Occasion

From golden hour to last call.

IO was designed for the three hours that matter — and it holds its own in all of them.
  • 17:00

    Golden Hour

Salt on the skin, sun going down, the first can of the evening.

  • 21:00

    The Table

Poured over a single clear cube, next to something worth eating.

  • 01:00

    Last Call

Low light, loud room, and a can that still looks expensive at the end of the night.

Distribution

One island. Then the map.

IO launches in Haiti and moves outward along established Caribbean trade corridors — followed by the diaspora markets that already know the taste.
